Project Description: Front and rear Ground floor extensions to form larger kitchen, utility and wc, plus Dining room to front. Plus demolition of existing prefabricated garage and construction of new garage in style to compliment house.
The original plans were adapted to incorporate a vaulted ceiling to the Dining room by incorporating a cranked steel goalpost arrangement. The front extension included a flat roof top with traditional lead rolls. As part of the build Hyatt designed, supplied and installed a Solid Oak framed kitchen, with Granite worktops and integrated appliances.
The kitchen also included a Porcelain tiled floor and ceramic tiled walls.
Another quirky featured introduced by Hyatt included a flat panelled radiator situated within a wall recess to avoid clashing with sliding full height storage units. The front extension included Solid Oak flooring and skirting and feature uplighting of the vaulted ceiling.
Outside areas were landscaped, a new patio laid and the driveway relaid with new Quartz chippings.
