Project Description: Part Single and 2 Storey Extensions to extend existing Dining room, and provide ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom.
The project included the use of intricate structural steelwork inserted to hold the structure above and maximize the footprint of the ground floor.
Hyatt Construction amended the design to incorporate Aluminium Bi-fold doors in lieu of the designed French doors with side panels, and created a part vaulted ceiling effect to maximize light and space from the Bank of Velux rooflights.
Hyatt's involvement at the property continued with the extensive refurbishment of the Kitchen space, with structural walls removed, beams introduced, an old fireplace opened up to house glazed storage units and installation of a bespoke Kitchen with Granite worktops, Ceramic wall and floor tiles and a new electrical layout.
