We are always delighted to tender for works which are already designed and have obtained Planning and Building regulations approval, we can however provide a bespoke design and build service where we meet with clients at the very inception of a project to review and discuss the requirements, and look at the options available.
We then meet with the local planning department to discuss scheme feasibility, and provide initial budgetary costings.
If the scheme is feasible to the client we will proceed with detailed design and once the final design is agreed, seek Planning and then Building control approval. We operate an open-book approach to this process with our costs agreed up-front, and the whole financial aspect of the project being fully transparent.
