Current Projects

Hyatt Construction have been fortunate enough to secure approximately £4m worth of work so far for 2009, much of this is repeat business from existing Clients and Architects Practices, which underlines our commitment to quality and performance, and ultimately achieve our business goal in partnering and relationship building. 

Additional Projects

• Co-Op Besselsleigh Road (Wootton) - Extension of existing store into adjacent retail unit. Commences July 09
• Lechlade Road (Highworth) - New 3 Bedroom detached house for Private Client. Commenced 20th April 09
• Burford Road (Witney) - Construction of One Three-Bedroom Detached House, One Two bedroom flat and Four One Bedroom Flats plus External works for Local Housing Association. Commences July 09
• Holy Trinity School (Chipping Norton) - Hyatt Construction have been awarded the Contract for the Construction of a New 2 Classroom Block, plus demolition of existing portable classrooms, Extensions and Extensive alterations to the School Hall and Administration areas. Project Commences July 09

Hyatt Construction have also secured three further projects with a combined value of £1,100,000. Further details to follow.
