Hyatt Construction have carried out a number of large new build commercial projects for Mid-counties Co-operative. These include a new £1.1m Childrens Nursery in Blackbird Leys, Oxford, Retail store extensions and major structural alterations in Mitcheldean, Gloucester and Carterton, Oxfordshire.

We have also delivered numerous store Fit-Out Projects for the same client. These projects have been completed over a two year period, during which we have built a strong relationship with our client.

The projects completed involved Hyatt providing direct labour, materials and supervision including Carpentry, Flooring, Decorations, Brickwork, Groundworks, Plumbing, Bakery fit-out, and Builders work in connection with Services.

We continue to act as Principal Contractor responsible for the management and full delivery of the projects.

Hyatt Construction have also recently completed a 2 class room extension plus extensions to the school hall, staff room and admin areas at Holy Trinity School, Chipping Norton. The project was carried out to a very high standard and completed 8 weeks ahead of programme.
