The Hyatt Construction team have a strong background of successful projects in the Educational sector, with the majority of our staff having carried out many varied Refurbishment and New Build school works in Oxford for a previous employer.
Arron Hyatt was the Project manager for £5 million worth of new school buildings for Woodgreen and Springfield schools in Witney (2004-05), with Tony Paddick being the site manager for the schemes (for H N Edwards).
We take great pleasure in providing better buildings for the education of future generations, and it was a truly rewarding experience providing new classrooms and other spaces in some Oxford schools, which had not had Capital funding for over 20 years.
On the commercial front, Hyatt Construction have constructed a new Clubhouse for a local Leisure park comprising Bar, Multi-function room, commercial kitchen, cellar, plant room, WCs and External works.
The scheme was completed in five months over the closed season of the park, and was ready to open for the new season.
